I've placed my order at 10:08 PM.
Placed call at brand to check my order status around 10:36 PM at that time they told me they didn't see the order and now they'll prepare it then they accepted my order and start preparing.
And when order is accepted at 10:38 PM how they can marked prepared it.
I again called them and ask them it's showing prepared how it's possible again they told me that there's a issue in app and old so overall my first experience was 50-50 with Pind Balluchi.
